If I didn’t see the results with my own eyes, I would not believe the positive transformation I’ve experienced in my internal numbers (blood work, cholesterol, etc.), strength, mobility, and appearance in such a short time. My glutes are so much stronger, and I can sense that I walk and run differently, which has taken stress off my hamstrings and knees. I kinda feel like a different person. And it's been entirely virtual - so it works with social distancing, is convenient, AND it's flexible. It's also just been a blast talking with Jenny May Clermont. Her knowledge of the human body is incredible, and I learn something new every time I meet with her. Her philosophy goes against diet culture and she really focuses on helping you be your best self. And she won't admit it, but she's pretty funny too.
