At Health Thru FItness, LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional service while protecting your privacy every step of the way. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, cancellations, refunds, and your personal information.

Fulfillment Policy

Order Fulfillment
All of our products and services are delivered digitally. Access to digital downloads, programs, or online course content is sent to your email within 15 minutes to 24 hours of purchase. If you do not receive your materials within that timeframe, please contact us at [your support email].

Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products, downloadable materials, online programs, or membership subscriptions once access has been granted.

If you believe you’ve made a purchase in error or did not receive what you ordered, please email us within 7 days at jennymay@healththrufitness.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Cancellations
If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription (such as a coaching or training program), you may cancel at any time by contacting us at least 3 business days before your next billing date.

Once canceled, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. We collect only the information necessary to deliver your services and keep you informed, and we never share or sell your data.

What We Collect
When you make a purchase or sign up for a program, we may collect your name, email address, billing details, and relevant information required to support your experience.

How We Use It
