My glutes are so much stronger, and I can sense that I walk and run differently, which has taken stress off my hamstrings and knees. I kinda feel like a different person. And it's been entirely virtual - so it works with social distancing, is convenient, AND it's flexible. It's also just been a blast talking with Jenny May Clermont.
