Jenny May is the answer to finding control over your nutrition and health. I have hired personal trainers in the past, gone to nutritionists, and tried many of the diets on the market. None, and I truly want to emphasize that NONE of these, has been even closely as effective as working with Jenny May and Health Thru Fitness. Through her instruction, motivation, and insight, I know that I have created a healthy lifestyle that is maintainable and enduring.
Jenny May is so dialed in to working with my individual needs and giving me the tools to be successful. She is so knowledgeable and brings her own background and experience in physiology, hormones, chemistry, and the ‘human’ or emotional aspect of helping me achieve my goals. One of her true strengths is her non-judgmental approach. She is results-driven and uses information about my diet/exercise behavior as data points to help me improve my health.
